Gabby was AMAZING as my husband and i purchased our first home together. We were able to secure a VA loan and it our was loan company that recommended her as someone they had previously worked with that had substantial knowledge about the intricacies of the VA loan world and had been successful in finding other VA buyers a home. We had previously been assigned another realtor, but requested a new one due to lack of communication/interest. Gabby was a breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed. Starting with the initial meeting she explained everything in detail and sent us home with reading material. Her communication was outstanding - she made herself available via text, email, phone, etc. Very quick to respond and also very patient and concise throughout our learning process. We encountered a few snags after we put down the offer, and even our parents commented on how Gabby went above and beyond by reaching out to state boards, multiple other contractors, etc, to do whatever it took to get our closing finalized. She was there for the inspections, every house viewing, she was in constant communication with our loan officer team, always keeping us in the loop on what she was doing. As a first time home buyer and our first agent not working out, Gabby was amazing to work with and really made a super stressful situation much less so!
